• Newsletter subscriptions — the email address you provide when you sign up.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above only to reply to your messages, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, and understand which content is useful. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

MyPhoneSpec uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your theme preference and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email we send.

5. Your rights

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@myphonespec.example and we will respond within 30 days.
